ALL Firearms must be shipped to a Licensed FFL Dealer near you, should you need shipping. Should you win a firearm, ask your FFL Dealer to email a copy of their license to dave@powellauction.com. We will not even pack your firearm until we have your dealers license in hand, so getting them on the ball will only speed up you receiving your firearm. If you are local, Powell Auction is an FFL Licensee and will perform the background check for you. You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun, Mares Leg or pistol grip shotgun. You must be 18 years old to purchase a Long gun. We DO NOT Ship firearms or ammunition to California!!! We can not ship ammunition to Alaska!! We can not ship Firearms or Ammunition to Hawaii!! We do NOT accept C & R Licenses for firearm shipments.
