Pickup:  Monday, June 19 and Tuesday, June 20 – you will pick everything up from the property at 5703 Millertown Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924  EXCEPT for the firearms.  There are 2 firearms that require a background check.  You will need to go to Powell Auction at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 to do your background check and pickup your firearms.

18% Buyers Premium – This portion of this estate auction is Credit Card ONLY – EXCEPT for the Gold Coins!!!  **Gold will NOT be charged to your credit card UNLESS you are a regular, known, in good standing bidder with Powell Auction.  If you are a new bidder or out of state bidder you will be asked to pay by overnight cashiers check or wire transfer.  Failure to pay in this manor will get you blocked from bidding with Powell Auction on Hibid for non-payment**.  There is No Sales Tax on this auction!!  There is No Shipping from this auction.  Local Pickup on site ONLY!!  If you can not go to the farm on Millertown Pike to pickup your items, please do not bid!! We will not be bringing anything back to Powell Auction regardless of size of the item.  If you plan to bid in this auction, plan to go to pickup for this auction.  We will have a 2 day pickup for these items.

From Knoxville: Take Exit 8 off I-640 Millertown Pike.  If traveling East on I-640, you will turn Left onto Millertown Pike, if traveling West on I-640 you will turn Right onto Millertown Pike.  Continue out Millertown Pike until you come to the auction site at 5703 Millertown Pike, property will be on your Left.
