15% Buyers Premium plus 3% convienence fee for Credit/Debit Card. This will be a credit/debit card ONLY auction!! There is no sales tax on this auction EXCEPT for the Car, Trailer and 4-Wheeler. These 3 items will have Sales Tax and must be paid for at the office at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921 by cash/cashiers check or wire transfer ONLY!! We will not put these items on Credit/Debit Card!! All items at the home that need to be shipped will be shipped by third party shippers. While we try to identify any chips, cracks or breaks we find, we may not find them all with as much glass as is here, we are bound not to find a few chips. Directions from Knoxville:
Take I-75 North and exit onto E. Emory Rd. (hwy. 131), Continue towards the Halls Community and Turn Left on Hoff Lane. Hoff Lane will make a sharp Left curve, after the curve, you will take your First Right onto Dave Rd. 7708 Dave Rd. will be on your Right but it sets back off the road beyond the other homes. The drive is an Ashphalt Dr. between 7704 and 7710 Dave Rd. You can Not see the house from the Rd. Watch for Signs!!!
