18% buyers premium – 15% buyers premium if paid by cash or approved check before 2pm on Monday, April 29 at our office on Pleasant Ridge Rd.  No Shipping on this auction.  If you are out of state or out of the area and would like to purchase machinery or items from this auction, you will have to make arrangements to pick these items up or contract a hauler to pick up and get them to you.  This is the buyers responsibility!!!  We will have a fork lift on site at pick up on Tuesday, April 30th ONLY!!!  If you can not pick up this day, please do not bid.  If you have to arrange for someone to pickup for you and it is not on this day, you will have to rent a fork lift to load your items, as well.
