15% Buyers Premium – No Sales Tax – Shipping is very strict for this auction. Due to dollar amounts of some of these lots, USPS has certain requirements to be met for insurance and dollar amounts. Almost all shipments will have to be tracked and signed for upon delivery.  – Credit Card Payments will be accepted on lower amounts and from established customers!! If you have questions about if yours can be charged on the card, just let us know and we will be happy to answer your question.  If you are not an established bidder with Powell Auction, payment must be made by: Cash, Overnight Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer (please add $15 for the bank fee for wire transfers). You MUST be registered to bid, no later than 2 hours prior to the first lot ending time!!! Registration during the auction will not recieve approval to bid.  If you have a negative Hibid Profile Score due to Non-Payment to other auction companies, please do not even attempt to register.  You will not be approved.

**NEW POST OFFICE RULE: ALL COINS AND CURRENCY MUST BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  IF THIS IS NOT DONE, NO CLAIM WILL BE PAID ON LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONTAINING COINS AND CURRENCY!!  There is a cap of $5,000 on regular mail insurance.  Anything over $5,000 will have to be shipped USPS Registered Mail with Signature Required.**
