DUE TO HIBID INCREASING THEIR FEES, THERE WILL BE A 3% CHARGE FOR ALL VEHICLES PURCHASED ONLINE – REMEMBER IF YOU BID ON 3 CARS AND WIN 3 CARS YOU PAY FOR 3 CARS – YOU DO NOT GET TO PICK AND CHOOSE – NO EXCEPTIONS!!
***$15 doc fee will be added to each vehicle you purchase to cover title prep and drive out tag***
Payment
All buyers of vehicles purchased must be paid for before noon on Monday following the auction or a late payment fee of $100.00 will be added for each day that it is not paid. No vehicle will be allowed off the premises without payment in full.
Payment is cash, cashiers check or personal check with certified bank approval , or wire transfer.
NO Credit card payments will be accepted at this time.
Terms:
Buyer’s Premium scale fee & sales tax will be added to all purchases. Payment is to be made in full by Monday at 12 noon of the auction. Payment to be US currency cash . An approved check may be written with a bank letter of guarantee only, good for the day of the auction. Titles will be ready for pickup (local) or sent in mail (out of area) on Thursday following the sale. Green Light vehicles, buyer will have 2 hours after the last car sells, the day of the auction only, to check the vehicle out. IF there is a problem, it must be the engine or transmission only & must be at least 600.00 or more. ALL vehicles that are sold Red Light are non refundable. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of owner up to and reserve price set on the items being sold. All items are sold with reserve unless noticed otherwise. Red Light vehicles, are sold “AS-IS, HOW-IS with ALL FAULTS” and are NON-REFUNDABLE – NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicles & verifying all information, to their satisfaction, before bidding. PLEASE read Rules & Regulations, BEFORE bidding, see attached.
