If you want the whole 60 acre farm, you will need to bid on all 4 tracts!!! The 4 tracts will be re-grouped and offered as a whole at the live auction ONLY!!! Online bidders will not be able to participate in the re-grouping. There is no way to do that on the bidding platform. If the farm sells as a whole and you are bidding online, you will be out. Each tract, as it is offered, for the Live Bidders, the bid will be held to see if it sells as a whole. Online bidders, the bid will be passed on each tract until they are offered as a whole. From Knoxville: Take Exit 8 off I-640 Millertown Pike. If traveling East on I-640, you will turn Left onto Millertown Pike, if traveling West on I-640 you will turn Right onto Millertown Pike. Continue out Millertown Pike until you come to the auction site at 5703 Millertown Pike, property will be on your Left.
