Knights of Columbus Council 16523 Benefit Auction – Online Only Bidding

All proceeds from this auction will go directly to Knights of Columbus Council 16523 here in Knoxville.  Powell Auction is hosting this auction for the betterment of our City and Community.  Powell Auction does not own any of these items nor do we guarantee the authenticity of any of these items.  Please be your own judge as to age, condition, functionality and authenticity of each item.  There will be NO Buyers Premium!!  There will be NO Sales Tax!!!  IF you require shipping, it will be by Third Party Shippers.  UPS Store #2630 will be given invoices for shipment.  Shipping is strictly between UPS Store and you, the buyer.  If you do not wish to use UPS Store, just let us know who you will be using and be sure and let them know that they will need to pick your items up at our main gallery to ship to you.

Firearms:  IF you purchase one of the firearms: Locals can pick up at our office and do your background check.  Out of Area/Out of State will need to have their local FFL dealer email us a copy of their license so we can ship the firearms to them to do your background check.  You must do background check for every firearm.  No, it does not matter that you have a concealed carry permit, you still have to do background check.  No, it does not matter that you passed background check yesterday at Academy Sports, you still have to do background check.  This is the law.  Firearms, if shipping is needed, will be shipped by Powell Auction via USPS.  Ammunition, if shipping is needed, will be shipped by Powell Auction via UPS.  All other items will be shipped by UPS Store.  We can not ship firearms to CA or HI.  We can not ship ammunition to CA, HI or AK.  We do not ship firearms to C & R License holders.  You must be 18 years old to purchase shotguns.  You must be 21 years old to purchase handguns.

There will be no “formal” preview for this auction.  If you would like to preview an item or items, give us a call and we will be happy to make an appointment for you to stop by and check those items out.  Lots will start ending on Tuesday, April 16 @ 7:00pm EDT – soft close – You MUST be registered to bid before 7pm EDT on April 16.  There are only 60 lots in this auction.  If you do not get registered before 7pm, we will not have time to review your registration and approve you to bid.  If you try to register after 7pm, you will NOT be approved and your bids will remain in “pending”.
