Cards will be charged on Friday Morning, June 13 between 7am – 8am EDT. This is a living estate so there is No Sales Tax on this auction. There is no shipping on this auction. Everything will be local pickup only in Kingston, TN!! Be sure and bring boxes for your items, bring wrapping material for your breakables and most importantly, bring help to load tools and heavy items!!! Everything is being sold as is where is with all faults. Be sure and come to preview so you can inspect the items you are interested in bidding on for age, condition, functionallity and use. We will have a tractor available to help load the farm equipment. The buyer of the head gate in the barn will be responsible for disassembly and loading. Also, the buyer of the hay will be responsible for the removal and hauling of the hay. You will need to bring your own tractor or skid steer to load the hay with.
