Pickup will be on Saturday, July 15 immediately following the Live Real Estate Auction!!! We will be on site for pick up until 4pm CDT (5pm EDT) on this day. Mark your calendars!!!
18% Buyers Premium on Personal Property – Sales Tax will be charged on Titled Vehicles. No Sales Tax on Tools and Household Items. This site is some distance from us. We can not run back and let you pick up a tool, you must pick up on Saturday the 15th. There will be NO Shipping from this auction. Local Pick up in Monterey ONLY!!! It is your, the buyer, repsonsibility to ensure vehicles are road worthy before leaving the site. If you buy a semi trailer and you know it needs tires, bring tires with you to pick up.

Cross over the Interstate and the property will be on your Left. Watch for Signs!!
