Pickup/Removal: Pickup for this sale will be tricky. We will have pickup on Monday, March 30 from 10am – 4pm EST for the smaller items. For the large lots and equipment, we have 30 days to get it all removed. You may call the office at 865-938-3403 and make an appointment for the pickup of your items. Some items may not be able to be picked up until other items are gone. So please be patient and get your trucks, men and equipment together for pickup and make your appointment.

There is a 15% Buyers Premium on this auction!!  Payment may be made by Cash/Cashiers Check/Wire Transfer or Approved Company Check on Friday, March 27 at our office at Powell Auction, 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921. – **This is inventory, IF you do not have a Sales Tax Number, you will have to pay sales tax on your purchase. Please email your Sales Tax Numbers to us (should you win) so the tax can be removed from your invoice!!** Pickup and Removal of items is buyer responsibility!! Please bring your help, tools, trucks, forklift, whatever you might need to remove your items from the sale site. There will no shipping on this auction. IF you need shipping, you will be responsible for contracting a shipping company and having them on site at your scheduled pickup. Be sure you have people there to load and remove your items!!! This is a Bankruptcy Auction. All sales are final!!! All items are being sold “as is – where is”. Any damage, missing components, mismatched pieces, etc. are what they are.
