If you purchase a Firearm in this auciton, you will have to pick it up at our office in Knoxville and pass your background check before receiving the firearm. You must be 21 Years Old to bid on Handguns. No Exceptions!!! Inspection will be on Tuesday, March 14 from 2-4pm EST at the home in Lenoir City, TN and Pickup will be from the home in Lenoir City, TN on Friday, March 17 from 10am – 4pm ONLY!!! If you can not go to Lenoir City on this day during this time frame, please do not bid!! We have noted in descriptions if we know an issue with an item. Please plan to attend preview to inspect items to determine functionality, age and condition for yourself. We can not haul items back to Knoxville for you.
**Auction Note: The seller has recently re-seeded the lawn. They have requested everyone to park on the street for preview. At pickup, we will need everyone to be patient in using the drive to load so no one gets into the yard. There are 2 drives for loading, we will utilize both depending on where your items are. Pickup/Removal: Friday, March 17 from 10:00am – 4:00pm EST at the home, located at 675 Timber Ridge Dr., Lenoir City, TN 37771 – Bring boxes and paper for your smalls, bring help to carry and load furniture!! If you buy furniture and larger items, pleaso not come in a hatch back car and ask us to load. You will need to do that yourself. If you have a truck, we will help load, as we can. If you purchase the Cedar Dining Table, Bring Lots of help to carry this out of the house!!!! If you purchase the Pool Table, you are required to hire a professional pool table mover to disassembe the table and remove it from the home without doing any damage to the home. The pool table is upstairs and weighs a ton!!!
