18% buyers premium – 15% buyers premium if paid by cash or approved check before 2pm on Tuesday, May 7 at our office on Pleasant Ridge Rd.  No Shipping on this auction.  If you are out of state or out of the area and would like to purchase machinery or items from this auction, you will have to make arrangements to pick these items up or contract a hauler to pick up and get them to you.  This is the buyers responsibility!!!  We will have a fork lift on site at pick up on Wednesday and Thursday, May 8 and 9!!!   Large Machinery, Lots 50 – 57 will be pickup by appointment only after smaller items have been picked up.  Please make your appoinment with us after Thursday, May 9.  These items may be loaded using the on-site overhead hoist.  Please call Brian at 865-938-3403 to coordinate your hauler with your pickup appointment.
