This farm equipment is located in San Antonio, Florida 33576. The winning bidder(s) will have to pick these items up in Florida!! Yes, it is San Antonio, Florida NOT Texas. Yes, Powell Auction is located in Knoxville, TN. These items are not in Knoxville nor are they in Tennessee!! Pickup is in San Antonio, Florida 33576. San Antonio, Florida is about 33 miles North of Tampa off exit 285 of Interstate 75. The site is approximately 4 miles off the interstate. The successful bidder will have to pickup the equipment or have a hauler pickup the equipment from the site in Florida. There is a 15% buyers premium added to the high bid to establish the contract sales price. Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer is the ONLY acceptable forms of payment for this equipment. We will not charge this equipment to your credit card. Pickup/Shipping will be coordianted through the seller after the conclusion of the auction. **Proof of funds is required to register for this auction. Bank Letter of Guarantee, Pre-Qualification Letter from your Lender, Copy of Bank or Money Market Statement showing your balance (not your account number) or something else along these lines are acceptable proof of funds.
