AFTER NOON, ALL OUTSTANDING INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID.  No Sales Tax on Coins and Currency.  There is Sales Tax on the guns, ammo and accessories.  Firearms must be shipped (if shipping is needed) to your local FFL Dealer. We must have a copy of their FFL License before we can even pack the gun to be shipped.  Get this set up as soon as you know you won a firearm.  If you are local, you may come to our office and do your background check to get your gun.  Coins and most other items will be shipped by Powell Auction, internally.  Some larger, heavier objects may be shipped by third party shipper if we can not handle it.  We will not ship powder, oils or liquids.  If you will need shipping, do not bid on these items.  If they are part of a lot that you are interested it, if won, you will not receive those items, only the shippable items.  CA, HI: NO FIREARMS or Ammunition can be shipped to you.  Do Not Bid on these items.  AK: No Ammunition can be shipped to you.  Do not bid on Ammo!!  Please know your state laws!!  If you can not have a large capacity magazine, do not bid on large capacity magazines!!!  If you can not legally have it, we will not ship it to you!!!  Do not bid on what you can’t own!!!
