Preview: Friday, December 4 and Wednesday, December 9 from 2pm – 4pm EST each day

Pickup will be on Tuesday, December 15 from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST
15% Buyers Premium plus 3% convienence fee for Credit/Debit Card. You may come in until 12pm Noon on Monday, December 14 to pay by cash or approved check. The larger items will need to be paid in this manner before they can be picked up. We will not accept credit card as payment for the larger ticket items. There is no sales tax on this auction, except the potoon boat, classic car and Dodge Ram pickup truck. They will have sales tax on them!! All items at the home that need to be shipped will be shipped by third party shippers. We give everything to be shipped to the UPS Store #2630 here in Knoxville. IF you wish to use a different shipper, you must let us know at the conclusion of the auction. Once UPS has picked up, if you use a different shipper, you will have to direct them to go to UPS Store and pick up your items to be shipped. You can not call 2 days after the pickup and say, just ship my items. It is too late. We must know if you will pickup or need shipping immediately after the auction has ended. Be sure to attend a preview and inspect items for yourself as to age, condition, authenticity of stones, makers marks, countries of origin or whatever information that will assist you when bidding. Buyer is responsible for loading and securing their items. Be sure and bring totes/boxes and wrapping material for your items.

Take I-75 North and take Exit 122 (Clinton/Andersonville). Turn Right on Highway 62 towards Andersonville. Turn Left on Park Ln. Bear Left on Sequoyah Rd. Then turn Right onto Lakeview Lane. The home will be on your Right at 174 Lakeview Lane. (see map)
