**Jewelry and Loose Gemstones:  Powell Auction does not have a gemologist on staff.  If we say a stone is a diamond, then we guarantee it to be a diamond (quality of diamond is not guaranteed).  If we say a stone is a ruby, it means it is red, emerald is green, amethyst is purple and so on.  This does not mean we will guarantee that a blue stone is a Sapphire or the green one is an emerald, etc. The loose gemstones have been identified by the seller for us.  Please inspect these stones for yourself.  You are buying what you see in the photos.**

15% buyers premium. You must be here before 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 30 in person at Powell Auction to pay by cash or approved check.  Please add 3% convienence fee if using credit/Debit card. There is no sales tax on coins and currency in Tennessee however there is sales tax on jewelry and non-coin/currency items.  Please keep this in mind when bidding!! – Any shipping needed will be packed and shipped by Powell Auction using flat rate shipping with USPS Register Mail with Insurance.  This is not an option.  Powell Auction does not grade coins!! We will only guarantee graded coins if graded by NGC, PCGS and ANACS. Any grade written in either the description or on any packaging is strictly the opinion of whomever wrote the grade or the seller. You, the buyer, need to make your own decision about any coin being sold: age, condition, grade, authenticity, etc. Powell Auction will not knowingly sell fake or misleading coins unless it is stated in the description that it is a copy, replica or reproduction. Gold and Silver is up in value over the past couple months. If you have a negative Hibid Score, you need not register for this auction, you will not be approved. Powell Auction reserves the right to request any and all payments be made by cash, cashiers check or wire transfer. Failure to comply will result in a “blocked” status to bid in our auctions on Hibid in the future.  You must be registered no later than 5pm ET on sale day for this auction.  If you try to register any later than 5pm, you may or may not get approved to bid.  Do not wait until the last minute!!  If you register after the auction has begun, odds are you will not get approved to bid.
