15% Buyers Premium plus 3% convienence fee for Credit/Debit card.  This is a credit card only auction!!  All cards will be charged on morning after the auction. There is no sales tax on this auction.  We must have everything paid so we can have your paid invoice on site for your pickup.  All items at the home that need to be shipped will be shipped by third party shippers.  Please contact store2630@theupsstore.com for pre-auction estimate prior to bidding.  While we try to identify any chips, cracks or breaks we find, we may not find them all.

Directions from Knoxville: 

Take I-40 West to I-140 toward Maryville.  Exit at Kingston Pike (exit 1A).  This will put you on Kingston Pike heading toward Knoxville.  You will pass the Calhoun’s Restaurant on your Right, the next street on your Right is Fox Rd.  Turn on Fox Rd.  When Fox Rd. crosses back under I-140, take your first Right onto Pipkin Lane.  Then you will take your first Left onto Sunny Springs Lane.  Continue straight and the condo will be at the end on the cul-de-sac at #309 Sunny Springs Lane.
