Lots of different models, different calibers and different actions!!! If you like Glock Pistols, we have got you covered in this auction!!!\n**Please be sure to attend preview if you are interested in these firearms!!!  Every one of these came from either the Clarksville, TN Police Dept. or the Jefferson City, TN Police Dept.  Some are in very nice shape, some are trashed!!  We have tried to identify those faults that we found.  We may not have found them all!!!  You are getting what you see.  We have tried to take pictures of the damages that stand out so you can see for yourself.  Some of the “paint”, marker or whatever the police dept. uses to mark these guns, may come off with alcohol or some cleaning solution.  We have not tried to clean it off.  If it does not come off, you will still own the firearm!!  Please be sure and have a qualified gunsmith check these firearms out before you attempt to fire them!!  Criminals don’t always treat firearms kindly when trying to evade Law Enforcement.  Please be aware of this!!  If it is broke, it is still yours!!!\nPreview: Friday, January 2 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm EST\nLots will start ending on Sunday, January 4 @ 6:00pm EST – soft close\nPickup: Monday and Tuesday, January 5 and 6 from 9am – 4pm EST. Payment by cash or approved check must be made by 2pm EDT on Tuesday, January 6.  After 2pm, ALL outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid.  We will implement the signupgenius pickup scheduler for this auction.  We will have that link posted before the close of the auction and it will also be on your email with your invoice.\nsignupgenius to schedule your pickup day and time:\n15% Buyers Premium plus 3% convenience fee if paying by credit/debit card. If paying by cash or approved check, you must do this before 2pm on Tuesday, January 6. There is NO sales tax on these firearms!! Shipping for firearms will be by Powell Auction for this sale.  ALL Firearms must be shipped to a Licensed FFL Dealer near you, should you need shipping (Please do not call or email asking for tracking number until we have had a chance to ship the firearm). Should you win a firearm, ask your FFL Dealer to email a copy of their license to dave@powellauction.com. We will not even pack your firearm until we have your dealers license in hand, so getting them on the ball will only speed up you receiving your firearm. If you are local, Powell Auction is an FFL Licensee and will perform the background check for you. You must be 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must be 18 years old to purchase a Long gun. We DO NOT Ship firearms to California or Hawaii!!!  We do NOT accept C & R Licenses for firearm shipments. Powell Auction is merely a platform to bring sellers and buyers together. These firearms do not belong to Powell Auction and we have NOT fired any of them. We do not know of any issues with any firearms other than obvious visual inspection finds or what the seller reveals to us, which we will pass along in the description. We Strongly recommend you have any and all firearms checked by a qualified gunsmith before attempting to fire them, regardless of physical appearance. PLEASE give us at least a week and a half before requesting tracking numbers.
